About the position

Catholic Life Insurance is seeking motivated Insurance agents and managers to join their mission-driven organization. This role involves representing a trusted brand that prioritizes financial security and community impact. Agents will have the opportunity to earn generous commissions, fast start bonuses, and receive advanced training while being supported by a dedicated home office team to help expand their client base and deepen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate new leads and expand the client base.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding their insurance policies.

Requirements

• 2 years minimum sales experience in the Life insurance industry.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Must possess a valid State Insurance License and State issued driver's license.
• Proficient in the use of Insurance rating software and website navigation.

Nice-to-haves

• Business development and marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience in Sales.
