About the position
The Insurance Sales Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting insurance agents by managing and building their prospect pipeline, quoting new business proposals, and cross-selling various insurance policies. This position offers a pathway to become an insurance sales agent and includes comprehensive training and the potential for monthly bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Support agents by maintaining and building their prospect pipeline using EPIC and CRM databases.
- Quote new business proposals for personal lines insurance and life insurance as needed.
- Actively cross-sell Home/Auto/Life policies to existing policyholders.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance preferred.
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License within 60 days of hire.
- Ability to obtain a Life License within 1 year of hire.
- Ability to learn new computer programs and multi-task.
