Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide assistance based on state-specific guidelines.

• Support agents in providing excellent customer service and sales support.

Requirements

• Valid Life Insurance License or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance or customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Chinese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Malay, or Spanish.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance, life insurance, auto insurance, or home insurance.
• Background in finance, financial sales, military, mortgage, or telemarketing.
