About the position

The Insurance Sales Manager at Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is responsible for leading the sales team, driving performance, and achieving operational targets. Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers.
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver consistent customer care.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Mid-level Property & Casualty License.
• Personal Lines License preferred.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
