The Insurance Sales Producer - Commercial Lines Client Advisor at World Insurance Associates is responsible for bringing risk management solutions to businesses and individuals. This role focuses on identifying, prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients while also providing support for personal lines insurance, employee benefits, and retirement solutions. The position leverages a broad range of resources and solutions to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business with a focus on commercial accounts.
• Engage in all sales and marketing tactics to move prospects through the sales funnel to closing.
• Track all sales activities in HubSpot and leverage the platform to its fullest potential.
• Utilize World’s broad platform to provide risk management solutions to individuals and business owners.

Requirements

• Proven experience with a range of insurance solutions to bring value to clients.
• Willingness to become each client's trusted risk management advisor and utilize the entire World platform.
• Maintain all relevant insurance licenses from the first day of employment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience selling commercial insurance for a top broker.
• Familiarity with insurance agency management software platforms like AMS360 and Epic.
• Experience with a sales CRM, specifically HubSpot.
• Ability to build and present client pitch decks or presentations.
