About the position

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Requirements
- Currently possess a Property and Casualty License.
- Prior Sales Experience is required.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is very beneficial.
