Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts.
• Network and build relationships with small business owners such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, and Auto Dealers.
• Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and other lead sources.
• Meet established business production goals and objectives.
• Discover and cross-sell additional products and services.
• Nurture relationships with customers to ensure high client retention and loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales.
• Willingness to obtain or already possess a property and casualty license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in insurance is highly preferred.
