The Insurance Sales Representative role involves being part of a team dedicated to growing the office's revenue by providing essential insurance products to clients. This position requires a natural salesperson who is passionate about helping others and can effectively evaluate client needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.

Requirements

• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License preferred; Life license a bonus.
• Self-starter who works well independently and with the team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Goals oriented.
• Insurance Agency sales experience preferred.
