Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to generate new leads.
  • Make 50-70 daily outbound calls.
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and present suitable insurance solutions to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance.
  • Maintain accurate records/notes of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Valid Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
