Responsibilities

• Actively interact with clients to identify and understand their insurance needs, providing customized solutions and advice.
• Utilize selling techniques to promote insurance products and services, achieving both individual and team sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by efficiently managing client inquiries and resolving issues.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of new insurance applications, policy renewals, and changes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Represent RetireMax Insurance at local events and community activities to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
• Keep abreast of the latest insurance products and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty License in Illinois is preferred.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on building strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing superior customer service, with a proactive approach to understanding and addressing client needs.
• Ability to analyze situations accurately and adopt effective courses of action.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various client accounts and insurance policies efficiently.
• Must have reliable transportation to work from the Orland Park office location daily.
