About the position

The Insurance Sales position at Teacher's Pension is focused on providing financial services within the government and education sectors. This role allows agents to work with pre-set appointments and offers a flexible schedule with no evenings or weekends, enabling a work-life balance while earning a significant income. Agents will have the opportunity to work both virtually and in-person, with the potential to take summers off while still generating income.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Generate quotes for new customers and use e-apps to submit new business
• Generate new business through leads and referrals
• Cross-sell existing customers with other agency products
• Process payments and service pre-existing policies
• Follow a sales process designed to make closing simple

Requirements

• A Life Insurance License with at least one year of experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Must be motivated and able to control your own schedule
• Must have E&O coverage
