Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales and renewal work for insurance policies
• Act as a liaison to clients and carriers
• Provide world-class client service
• Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns
• Offer expert advice to clients regarding coverage nuances and recommend suitable changes
• Oversee policy modifications and enhance client accounts through cross-selling and account rounding
• Diligently maintain and update client accounts in the automation system, ensuring all interactions are documented
• Assist other members of the insurance team with related duties

Requirements

• Strong communication abilities in written and spoken interactions
• At least three years of experience in insurance
• An eye for detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks
• Familiarity with insurance management software (Employee Navigator)
• Prior experience with the Applied Epic system is advantageous
• Knowledge of Personal Lines will be considered a plus
• Health Insurance Producer's License

Nice-to-haves
