We are seeking an experienced insurance recruiter to help us with our staffing needs and find the right people to continue to grow and expand. You'll network with up-and-coming insurance professionals, identify top talent, and recruit them to our company. Candidates should be established recruiting experts with a background in insurance hiring who are passionate about getting us the best talent in the industry. To be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will engage and excite new candidates, guiding them through the entire recruitment life cycle. You will become an expert on process and productivity-driven recruitment! Learning and growing in your role will be your primary responsibility. Your key responsibilities will include establishing a success-driven, company-wide recruiting process that will attract top talent to our insurance firm, reviewing resume submissions, and ensuring the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration. You will source candidates based on a broad-based strategy with a focus on direct sourcing, screen candidates against specific selection criteria, and manage the interview process to ensure that candidates are properly evaluated and sold on the opportunity. Additionally, you will manage candidates through the process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and that necessary approvals are gained. You will develop competitive offers, manage offer extensions, and effectively close candidates while supporting the onboarding of new hires. Maintaining recruitment-related data in a recruitment management system, scheduling interviews, facilitating salary and benefit package discussions, and communicating all offers of employment and denials to job candidates in a timely and professional manner will also be part of your role. Collaboration with team members to identify and develop key sourcing initiatives will be essential to ensure a constant pipeline of talented and diverse applicants. Other related duties may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System information accurately reflects details of the job opportunity.
