As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our network of referral partners, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth within your assigned territory. This role is essential for the success of our business, as you will act as the primary point of contact for referral partners, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. In this position, you will engage in business development by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the network of referral partners within your territory. You will develop and implement strategies to grow these relationships, aiming to increase both the volume and quality of referrals. Networking and outreach are key components of this role, as you will proactively engage in activities within the local community and industry events to build brand awareness and establish new connections. Sales and revenue generation will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as you will collaborate with internal sales teams to convert referrals into sales opportunities, ensuring a seamless handoff and exceptional customer experience. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to referral partner engagement and revenue generation. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and referral partner interactions using CRM software, analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
