About the position

The Environmental Pollution Risks Insurance Underwriter will lead the underwriting of environmental lines of business, focusing on various pollution liabilities. This role involves assessing risks, determining coverage, and maintaining relationships with agents and brokers, all while working remotely from home.

Responsibilities

• Select or reject risk, price, and determine coverage.
• Analyze coverage & limit requests to establish terms of offer.
• Order and screen related reports to support rating and underwriting process.
• Assess risk quality and initiate appropriate loss prevention actions.
• Develop and maintain profitable relationships with agents and brokers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Environmental Consulting, Underwriting, or similar experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
