About the position

The Intake Specialist at Off Duty Services, Inc. is responsible for being the first point of contact for clients, officers, and service partners. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, collecting and reviewing data for accuracy, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed efficiently. The position operates in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes internal growth and results-oriented performance.

Responsibilities

• Address incoming email and phone requests and inquiries.
• Collect required and optional data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Resolve inquiries from officers, customers, service partners, and internal teams according to defined processes.
• Set proper expectations with customers regarding their requests or issues.
• Engage with customers over the phone while multi-tasking to collect accurate data.
• Utilize multiple systems and online tools to complete tasks.
• Work with vendors and partners to address officer issues.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of basic office applications and ability to learn new proprietary software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong collaborative and leadership skills.
• Process driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• More than two years in a service-focused role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
