About the position

The Integrated Logistics Specialist IV position at Red Peak Technical Services involves providing logistics support for various Department of Defense programs, including Automated Vehicle Gates and Electronic Harbor Security Systems. The role focuses on maintaining project tracking, ensuring compliance with government policies, and supporting supply system analysis to enhance the availability of spare parts. The specialist will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders while managing procurement processes and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide logistics support across multiple DoD programs.
  • Maintain RMS systems information in compliance with DHS and USCG policies.
  • Assist with administrative support services and coordinate with customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain the project tracking sheet for internal and customer use.
  • Support supply system analysis to identify alternate parts for spares availability.
  • Negotiate supply and rental agreements with vendors.
  • Ensure warehouse supply is stocked Just In Time to minimize storage costs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last 7 years in government contracting.
  • Active SECRET Security Clearance required.
  • Extensive knowledge of government acquisition processes.
  • Ability to work independently and translate Bill of Materials (BOM) into delivered products on time.
  • Excellent scheduling and project management skills.
  • Proven administrative experience with strong time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with inventory management systems, E-Qip experience preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of logistics support principles.
  • Extensive knowledge of fabrication processes and electrical components.
