About the position

The Integrated Logistics Support (ILSM) Manager at CACI is responsible for overseeing logistics management operations to ensure effective and economical support for products, services, equipment, and systems. This role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating logistics actions to meet mission requirements, particularly for the Satellite Control Network (SCN). The ILSM Manager will implement logistics requirements, analyze provisioning and maintenance activities, and develop product support documents while ensuring compliance with DoD policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform logistics management operations involving planning, coordinating, and evaluating actions needed to support mission requirements and system components.
  • Implement tenets of the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook and the 12 Integrated Product Support (ILS) Elements.
  • Analyze various phases of provisioning, spares, or maintenance/repair activities for modification projects.
  • Provide inputs on Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL), Request for Proposal (RFP), Basis of Estimate (BOE), Statement of Work (SOW), Bill of Material (BOM), and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
  • Collect, process, and maintain Product Support Data for analysis and reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and coordinate revisions for product support documents including technical orders, drawings, and reliability reports.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop cost-effective procedures that meet business objectives.
  • Recommend improvements to existing or planned logistics processes.
  • Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals.
  • Perform logistics functions including system fault analysis and life cycle maintenance.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7-10 years of experience in military logistics or equivalent training.
  • 10+ years performing logistics functions and integrated product support (IPS) of major systems.
  • Experience with United States Air Force Logistics and Supply functions within the Satellite Control Network (SCN).
  • Experience assessing and maintaining compliance with federal and foreign regulations governing shipment and documentation of products.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Contractor Supported Weapons Systems (CSWS) practices and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) processes.
  • Familiarity with D143, D043 Cataloging Processes, and ILS-S.
  • Experience with WebFLIS, FEDLOG, PUBLOG, FEDMALL, and GSA Advantage.
  • Experience performing and documenting Maintenance Task Analysis (MTAs).
  • Experience with Logistics Management Information (LMI) databases such as PowerLOGJ2 and GOLDesp.
