About the position

The Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) role at Lockheed Martin is focused on supporting sustainment activities for Taiwan and various IFG F-16 contracts. The ILSM will assist in implementing support equipment, managing spares and repairs, coordinating supplier activities, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. This high-visibility position requires collaboration with program management and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to create executive-level presentations and manage logistics planning effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead ILSM in all Sustainment activities associated with the portfolio.
• Support requirements for implementation of Support Equipment, Spares, Repairs, Kit Management, Tech Manuals, Training, Material Requirements, Supplier Coordination, Activation, Modification, and Depot Requirements.
• Create internal and external executive-level presentations to ensure consistent communication of messages.
• Work closely with the Program Management team to ensure logistics and sustainment planning meet contractual obligations.
• Support regularly scheduled meetings with suppliers and customers.
• Collaborate with items analysts, supply chain management, contracts, pricing, and customer representatives to ensure timely attention to items in repair and procurement.
• Perform CAM (Cost Account Manager) duties as needed.

Requirements

• Sustainment knowledge (Spares, SE, CSTOs, Training, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with F-16, F-35, C130 or F-22 Platforms
• Knowledge of sustainment acquisition processes.
• Program/Project management experience.
• Working knowledge of Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), Risk Management, Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) process.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently brief external and internal stakeholders at executive level.
• Experience coordinating and tracking issues through resolution and corrective action.
• Knowledge of ILIAS and military base supply systems.
• Knowledge of SAP and estimating/proposal development.
• Understanding of USAF Sustainment, DOD System Acquisition, and Industry Partnerships.
