Responsibilities
- Oversees cross-channel customer-centric campaign execution across integrated digital platforms to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Collaborates with creative team to develop visually compelling and on-brand campaign assets.
- Leverages data-driven insights using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance for e-commerce metrics.
- Manages e-commerce promotional strategies, including promotions, product launches, and sales events.
- Performs full range of people-management responsibilities, including hiring, disciplinary actions, performance management, and coaching.
- Manages relationships with trade publications, overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
