About the position

The Integrated Marketing Manager for Strategic Partnerships at DoorDash will lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that enhance business growth through strategic partnerships. This role focuses on creating consumer-first strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that align with both DoorDash and partner goals, ensuring maximum value from partnerships while meeting consumer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of strategic partnerships marketing campaigns.
  • Develop consumer-first strategies to launch and sustain partnerships.
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with partner and DoorDash goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize DoorDash's value from partner relationships.
  • Set quarterly partnership marketing goals and establish reporting to track progress.
  • Develop co-marketing strategies and plans with clear goals and audience insights.
  • Execute integrated co-marketing campaigns from concept to delivery and reporting.
  • Manage day-to-day growth optimization and reporting across partner marketing efforts.
  • Identify gaps in consumer insights and create testing plans in partnership with Marketing Insights and Research teams.
  • Drive cross-functional meetings and manage project trackers to align stakeholders.
  • Establish reporting cadence across performance and retention campaigns, driving action plans for growth.
  • Create processes to streamline operations across key partnerships.
  • Develop positioning and messaging frameworks for lifecycle audiences.
  • Identify resource gaps and collaborate with management to address them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including brand and direct response.
  • Experience in partner marketing at a consumer brand or tech company.
  • Proven success in achieving business goals through partner marketing campaigns.
  • Experience leading cross-functional workstreams and managing multiple objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness alongside creativity.
  • Experience overseeing growth across owned and paid channels with an understanding of channel effectiveness.
  • Ability to put the consumer at the heart of marketing efforts and drive business fulfillment of their needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members.
