About the position

The Integrated Marketing Manager at Consolidated Communications is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives. This role involves managing multi-agency collaborations, overseeing media mix planning, budget allocation, and content management to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness. The manager will track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and optimize marketing efforts for growth, reporting directly to the Director of Consumer Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation and execution of detailed marketing plans that align with overall business objectives and long-term growth strategies.
  • Create and manage media and media mix strategies, ensuring optimal allocation of marketing budgets across channels.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with multiple marketing agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
  • Oversee agency agreements, scopes of work, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with deliverables and objectives.
  • Design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing communications and materials.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive content strategy that supports marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms.
  • Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities that expand the company's market reach and impact.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing programs.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and business cases to executive-level audiences.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant master's degree and/or agency experience is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of experience in a Brand or Integrated Marketing Manager role or similar senior-level position.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing marketing initiatives, agency relationships, project management, and content development.
  • Strong understanding of marketing planning, brand development, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative strategies.
