About the position

The Integrated Marketing Manager at Davidson Hospitality Group is responsible for supporting regional marketing leads with a focus on reporting, marketing, brand platform support, and analytics. This role involves collaboration with hotel stakeholders and corporate offices to align internal and external resources for various marketing projects, including web development and branding. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist regional leader with managing hotel-based marketing managers.
  • Help with scheduling, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Support effective communication throughout the team.
  • Help distribute information, set up meetings, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Assist with compiling reports, making updates to websites, and managing creative requests.
  • Conduct research as needed to support the team and summarize findings for the regional leader.
  • Assist the regional leader with special projects, taking on tasks as assigned and learning from the experience.
  • Track and analyze projects' progress and report on any potential blockers, risks, or deficits to management.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Prepare reports as needed and report individual hotel results consistently on a monthly basis.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels and interact with external clients.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Able to manage and refine processes to address changing business needs.
  • Good understanding of paid search, social media, and email marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience using Microsoft business applications; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
