About the position

The Manager of Integrated Marketing at Sally Beauty is responsible for developing and executing annual and quarterly marketing strategies for key categories and promotional windows. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates. The position requires a combination of marketing expertise, data analysis, and strategic planning to create actionable marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence in Denton, TX on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with remote work for the remainder of the week.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and execute Go-To-Market initiatives for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Develop marketing communication strategies across all consumer omnichannel touchpoints.
  • Own the marketing strategy briefing process for creative development, defining objectives, strategy, rationale, and KPIs.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to refine and implement process flows between teams, ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Execute on-time and on-budget rollouts of campaign assets to stores in collaboration with Store Marketing lead.
  • Lead relationships between category merchandisers and the Integrated Marketing team for the Color category.
  • Serve as the main liaison between category brand partners and internal functions.
  • Translate business priorities and seasonal promotions into Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with National vendors in the Color merchandising category.
  • Spearhead marketing activation across all channels, including retail and E-commerce platforms.
  • Facilitate marketing initiatives for the Licensed Colorist on Demand program.
  • Integrate Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives into campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, integrated, and/or category marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Workfront.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of current trends in the beauty/retail industry.
