About the position

The Integrated Marketing Manager at Samsara plays a crucial role in executing marketing programs aimed at generating new prospects and advancing existing opportunities for the sales teams. This position is integral to the Integrated Marketing team, which is responsible for all marketing campaigns at Samsara. The manager will leverage multi-touch inbound marketing strategies to contribute to the Growth Marketing team's quarterly pipeline commitments, collaborating with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to deliver high-quality integrated campaigns, webinars, email nurtures, and direct mail campaigns. This role offers the flexibility of being office-based or fully remote within the US, excluding certain metropolitan areas.

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns across the full funnel in coordination with Growth, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting tactics and strategy accordingly.
  • Develop audience segmentation best practices and integrate them into campaign playbooks.
  • Build and execute campaign activations across channels like webinars, email, content marketing, and direct mail.
  • Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demand generation, growth marketing, or relevant experience.
  • Analytical skills with experience using data to drive business impact.
  • Strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate succinctly across functions.
  • Strong writing skills and experience creating content for emails, blogs, webinars, or web pages.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with B2B tech marketing.
  • Analytical yet creative hands-on marketer with a passion for growth marketing.
  • Experience with Marketo (or other marketing automation) and Salesforce.
  • Experience with ON24 or Sendoso.
