About the position

The Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies for a leading Retail/Apparel Brand during a 6-month temporary assignment. This role focuses on maintaining brand equity and driving market share through effective storytelling and promotional event execution across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee product-focused storytelling and promotional event execution across digital platforms, including homepage, email, and digital media.
  • Manage asset briefing, linking, promotional communication strategy, and cross-functional team collaboration for asset development and execution.
  • Provide initial feedback during project reviews, present assets in leadership meetings, and adjust strategies based on promotional updates.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including creative teams, CRM, commercial planning, media, merchandising, online experience, digital production, and external agencies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and competitive trends to refine marketing assets and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement 'test and learn' initiatives across channels.
  • Demonstrate product expertise to guide assets from concept to completion.
  • Support the Manager in miscellaneous tasks and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in consumer marketing with a focus on content marketing.
  • Fashion and retail industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to craft compelling product stories and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights and narratives from data.
  • Strategic thinker with a global perspective and a customer-centric approach.
