About the position

The Integrated Marketing Operations Project Manager at Verizon is responsible for leading the intake funnel and prioritization of marketing support requests. This role oversees new projects from conception to assignment, managing marketing campaign intake needs and workflow management for high-profile marketing initiatives across various brands. The position requires a self-starter who can drive marketing impact and operational efficiency through the development of scalable processes and world-class campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the intake funnel and prioritization of marketing support requests.
  • Oversee new projects from conception to assignment.
  • Manage marketing campaign intake needs and workflow management for high-profile initiatives.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that create awareness and drive conversion.
  • Act as the 'front door' into the marketing organization, managing the internal briefing process.
  • Conduct impact assessments for incoming requests to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide guidance to requestors to ensure relevant and actionable submissions.
  • Work with the Chief Revenue Organization to review intake briefs and capture necessary information.
  • Develop a prioritization funnel to be reevaluated weekly.
  • Optimize speed to market for marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the day-to-day process of launching brand marketing campaigns.
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain members.
  • Create data-centric opportunities for effective decision-making in marketing acquisitions.
  • Develop leadership materials to communicate prioritization needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Integrated Marketing Communications, Go To Market, or Project Management in a Marketing or Agency setting.
  • Program Management experience, including development of timelines and dependencies.
  • Data-focused marketing skills with attention to detail.
  • Project management certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of marketing communications tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate new tools for automation and drive efficiencies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Adobe Workfront.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Telecommunications or Retail Industry.
  • Understanding of campaign methodologies and a successful track record of measuring performance targets.
  • Excellent presentation-building skills.
