As an Integrated Marketing Operations Project Manager at Verizon, you will play a pivotal role in leading the intake funnel and prioritization of support requests. This position involves overseeing new projects from conception to assignment, as well as the ongoing evolution of process capabilities. You will manage marketing campaign intake needs and tactics to support high-profile, large-impact marketing initiatives across various brands within the Value Organization, including Visible, Tracfone, and Straight Talk. Your responsibilities will include assisting leadership in evaluating automation processes, developing team templates, and refining operational workflows. In this role, you will need to have a thorough understanding of the problems to be solved and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to determine the best potential solutions. You will also be responsible for socializing the final approach with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity. You will manage a variety of incoming requests that require marketing support, including Integrated Marketing, Creative Execution, Retail & Email Marketing, Digital/.com Marketing, and Media Planning. Conducting impact assessments for each incoming request will be crucial, as these assessments will guide the next steps in the project management process. Your role will also involve developing a prioritization funnel that will be reevaluated weekly, optimizing speed to market by tracking submission, prioritization, and assignment dates. Acting as a key stakeholder and champion for both the requestor (CRO) and the marketing execution team (CMO) will be essential. You will partner with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on ownership, timing, and scope of deliverables, ensuring that commitments are delivered to the right stakeholders. Additionally, you will develop marketing calendars that clearly communicate the breadth of work and create leadership materials that articulate prioritization needs and trade-offs using tools like Google Slides and Sheets. As a team lead, you will manage a small but effective team of project managers, identifying process gaps and continuously improving ways of working. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, making it an exciting opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact in marketing operations.
