The Integrated Marketing Solutions Consultant (IMSC) will develop and maintain relationships with advertisers and advertising agencies, sell commercial airtime, digital media, event sponsorships, and marketing/NTR campaigns, and meet or exceed assigned revenue goals while providing world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a detailed plan to encourage the growth of new business and maintain existing business relationships.
  • Present the benefits of advertising on television and radio stations, and digital assets to local business owners and/or advertising agencies.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Develop annual plans based on existing and new opportunities, account analysis, industry trends, competitive landscape and growth potential.
  • Maintain a direct-to-client communication channel to survey client needs, satisfaction and new product development initiatives.
  • Use interpersonal skills to sell commercial airtime, digital media, event sponsorships, and customized marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct research, promotions, development, copywriting, servicing, and collection efforts as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to attract, persuade, and motivate clients.
  • Understanding and experience in TV and Radio broadcast sales.
  • Knowledge of digital ad-tech platforms.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Experience with G-Suite, MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce (CRM).
  • Some years' experience in sales, marketing, digital or business leadership positions.
  • Experience in developing product and sales marketing presentations.
