Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative email marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and retention.
• Manage and optimize Klaviyo email flows to automate marketing efforts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital content, aligning with our marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to synchronize social media content with email strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to refine and improve our strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in email marketing and social media to keep our content fresh and effective.
• Work closely with the design team to create visually engaging content for various digital platforms.
• Support our marketing manager by providing analytic reports, setting objectives, and establishing metrics for success.
• Assist in creating social and video assets, and managing social media ads.

Requirements

• Proven experience with email marketing platforms, including campaign creation and flow management.
• Strong background in social media management and content creation, supported by a comprehensive portfolio.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design tools.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other data platforms.
• Proficiency in data analysis and metrics interpretation.
• Creative mindset for developing innovative marketing strategies.
• Videography and video editing skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing and social media management, with specific proficiency in Klaviyo highly preferred.
