About the position

The Integrated Marketing Specialist at QVC will manage the execution of the online affiliate marketing program, focusing on revenue growth and impactful marketing planning. This role involves collaboration with various teams to optimize and test new business opportunities, ensuring effective campaign execution and management of a multimillion-dollar budget. The position is based at QVC's headquarters in West Chester, PA, and reports to the Affiliate Strategist.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of the online affiliate marketing program.
• Build holistic affiliate marketing plans to meet program goals.
• Implement campaign strategies with affiliate publishers and internal teams.
• Manage a multimillion-dollar budget while following business KPIs.
• Provide reporting on digital affiliate marketing campaign and spend results.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with various teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, eCommerce, Merchandising, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years' professional experience within marketing, communication, or eCommerce.
• Hands-on experience with Impact Radius is a must.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and experience with other channels (e.g. Email).
• Familiarity with affiliate networks such as Commission Junction, Impact Radius, Rakuten, Share-a-Sale.
• Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.).
• Knowledge of Tableau Software and MicroStrategy preferred.
