About the position

This entry-level Integrated Product Support (IPS) position involves working under moderate supervision to establish and execute business plans, perform Earned Value calculations, and deliver data for Program Management. The role emphasizes customer focus, quick learning, and problem-solving with guidance from senior peers.

Responsibilities

• Collect data for and support analysis of program metrics and status to develop business plans and proposals.
• Participate in the collection of information to help develop accurate program estimates to monitor Earned Value performance.
• Mentor with senior Integrated Product Support Manager to gain a better understanding of the role.
• Work with analysts to understand data and analysis provided to the program.
• Learn the 12 elements of Integrated Product Support.
• Gain understanding of Collins Management System (CMS).
• Maintain a high level of organization, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with supervision.
• Communicate with peers and internal customers to drive results.

Requirements

• Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience utilizing Microsoft products.
