About the position

The Integrated Program Planner III at Lockheed Martin is an early to mid-career role focused on supporting the GPS III program. Responsibilities

• Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations.
• Interface with Engineering, Finance, Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources.
• Drive progress and performance with cross-functional teams, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules.
• Maintain, publish, and present relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling.
• Working knowledge of a scheduling tool such as MS Project, Open Plan, or Primavera.
• Experience with earned value or demand management.
• Ability to perform schedule integrity checks and critical path analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Excel.
• Additional planning knowledge/experience in ERP or MRP systems.
• Experience with resource loaded schedules and Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations).
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
