About the position

The Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) Product Manager is responsible for leading a cross-enterprise team to develop, launch, and grow digital products that enhance the delivery of human services in Minnesota. This role focuses on creating a person-centered integrated environment that allows clients to access various social safety net programs efficiently. The ISD Product Manager will oversee the product's life cycle, ensuring it meets the needs of Minnesotans while aligning with the state's goals for equitable access to benefits.

Responsibilities

• Direct, own, and be accountable for all aspects of the assigned Integrated Service Delivery Product.
• Deliver and manage all aspects of the Product's life cycle including Product Management Leadership, Product Vision, Product Strategy/Planning, and Product Life Cycle Management.
• Set and own the vision of the product, monitor key performance indicators and metrics, and prioritize the work for the Product Team.
• Plan and design services based on assessed needs, policy guidelines, and methodologies to ensure effective products are provided to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Four years of professional experience in leading product management and/or systems/application management in a large organization.
• Experience leading at least one large scale product or service through successful delivery.
• Ability to lead high-quality product development using an agile methodology.
• Ability to interpret and leverage user research, user testing, and data analytics to make and validate product decisions.

• Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders within a government organization.
