The position is responsible for full system integration to meet specifications, ensuring on-time delivery and quality results until the end of installation. This includes managing both technical and operational aspects of the tool's integration process. The role involves testing and troubleshooting modules, performing in-house customer acceptance tests, and traveling to customer sites for installation and support. The individual will establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring their trust and respect. Documentation procedures for semiconductor manufacturing equipment must be followed and completed, while pursuing procedural, safety, and process improvements. The role also requires evaluating system quality, performance, and configuration issues, providing on-site production technical support, and performing complex operational and functional tests, calibrations, and troubleshooting of systems. The individual will work with cross-functional groups to develop and build new production assemblies and may lead the first alpha and beta systems, impacting system design through feedback. The position requires testing and troubleshooting system-level and component-level problems with minimal supervision, compiling data, documenting changes, and generating quality notifications. The individual will also function as a technical resource for lower-level technicians, train new employees, and maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety standards and reporting any hazards. This role requires a full understanding of the company's manufacturing and engineering processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.
