About the position
The Integration and Test Engineer at Draper will work within the Systems Integration and Test Division, focusing on the Strategic Systems and Electronic Systems business areas, with potential assignments in Space and Biotechnology. The role involves defining and executing integration and test plans, contributing to technical reports, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Help define an I&T approach for a particular component / subsystem / system and independently execute plan.
- Contribute high quality content for technical reports and presentations with minimal guidance.
- Adapt appropriately to changes in program requirements.
- Proactively identify needs and concerns associated with plan execution and communicate them to project leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
- Requires 3-5 years in Systems Engineering or relevant role.
