About the position

The Integration and Test Support Engineer role involves planning, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining solutions for the integration and testing of both in-house developed and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or government off-the-shelf (GOTS) components. The engineer will synthesize customer requirements into system test solutions while addressing technical, schedule, and cost constraints. This position is critical for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 2 development program, focusing on launcher integration and support for various testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, test, document, and maintain integration and testing solutions.
• Synthesize customer contractual needs into system test solutions.
• Establish functional and technical specifications and standards.
• Solve hardware/software interface problems and define input/output parameters.
• Ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
• Review, evaluate, and derive requirements for testability.
• Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Perform analysis of test results and prepare evaluation reports to verify and validate system performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing.
• Support launcher integration activities for the PrSM Increment 2 development program.

Requirements

• Active secret clearance preferred, with consideration for previously held clearances.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with MLRS Family of Munitions (MFOM) Launcher.
• Prior launcher integration experience.
