About the position

The Integration/Applications Architect role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and deploying data integration solutions, particularly for financial data accuracy and integrity. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to understand financial data requirements and develop reporting data models. The architect will evaluate and implement data integration tools while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy data integration solutions with a focus on financial data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand financial data requirements and develop financial reporting data models.
• Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate data integration tools and technologies, focusing on financial data security and efficiency.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data integration solutions.
• Create documentation for financial data integration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.
• Adhere to existing development standards and develop detailed source to target technical mapping and specification documents.
• Ensure compliance with financial data regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members to ensure successful implementation of financial data integration projects.
• Work with reports remediation team to ensure their data requirements for the project are met.
• Participate in SCRUM meetings including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of Informatica Cloud Data Integration experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Informatica Cloud data integration services like Cloud Data Integration, Mass Ingestion, App Integration, Data Quality, and Cloud Data Governance Catalog.
• Strong SQL skills in DB2 v12, SQL Server, and Snowflake.
• Minimum 3+ years of implementing Cloud Data Warehouse, Data Lakehouse architectures with Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Data Integration experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines with IICS services and strong relational database SQL analysis knowledge with DB2 on ZOS, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies and practices.
• Knowledge of the SCRUM Framework.
