About the position

Apple's E-Business Services team is on the lookout for a talented Integration Software Engineer who is passionate about developing highly scalable integrations with external partners. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented individual to design and build critical integrations that enable Apple's business operations. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing innovative and scalable integration solutions. You will work with various integration technology stacks and collaborate with partners and business teams to define integration mechanisms such as EDI X12, EDIFACT, APIs, REST/SOAP Web-Services, and Flat Files. Your expertise in middleware technologies like Software AG Web-Methods, Mulesoft, and TIBCO will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Supply Chain and finance domains, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing large projects. You will also need to demonstrate a deep understanding of different partner types in the Supply Chain domain and their business processes. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring on-time delivery while looking beyond immediate tasks to add value to business teams. Familiarity with cloud technologies and experience in handling sensitive customer data will be advantageous. Additionally, experience with AI/ML implementations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build critical integrations that enable Apple's business operations.
• Implement innovative and scalable integration solutions using various technology stacks.
• Collaborate with partners and business teams to define integration mechanisms such as EDI X12, EDIFACT, APIs, REST/SOAP Web-Services, and Flat Files.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and add value to business teams.
• Work with middleware technologies like Software AG Web-Methods, Mulesoft, and TIBCO.
• Handle sensitive customer data, ensuring compliance with PCI and SOX regulations.

Requirements

• BS degree in computer science or equivalent field.
• 3+ years of experience in integration technologies.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain and finance domain with hands-on experience in large projects.
• Hands-on experience working with partners and business teams defining integration mechanisms.
• Experience in handling sensitive customer data like PII, SSN, and other sensitive PCI and SOX data.
• Good functional knowledge in SAP function modules, HANA, and SAP Cloud platforms.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years IT experience.
• Familiarity and implementation knowledge of cloud technologies.
• AI / ML implementation experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated capability to look beyond the curve and add value to business teams.
