About The Position

The Integration Engineer will play a crucial role in the DaVita Physician Solutions team, focusing on real-time integrations with external systems and the importation of historical clinical data from legacy EHR systems. This position involves evaluating, building, testing, and supporting HL7-based interface projects with third-party vendors, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery. The role also includes assisting in the design of tools and processes for data migration under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Epic Bridges Certification

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all existing interfaces are functioning as designed and meeting the needs of nephrology practices.
  • Monitor interfaces for errors and resolve them quickly.
  • Modify interfaces based on requests from Epic, DaVita, vendors, and practices.
  • Collect requirements, design, build, implement, and test interfaces with external systems to support practices using the CKD EHR by Epic system.
  • Assist in the build, test, and implementation of data conversion processes and tools for migrating data from legacy EHR systems to CKD EHR by Epic.
  • Assess current processes and suggest improvements to management.
  • Evaluate and suggest tools to enhance integration support.
