About the position

Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking an Integration Engineer to join their delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical consulting for enterprise customers and to serve as both an expert and an interface into broader technical support teams. The Integration Engineer will lead customer-facing integration projects, leveraging technical expertise to drive successful implementations and maximize customer impact. You will offer hands-on guidance and technical leadership on integration design, taking an active role in ensuring solutions align with partner needs and drive impactful outcomes. Additionally, you will optimize integration processes for scalability and performance in high-volume environments, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximum impact. As part of your responsibilities, you will dive into innovation by iterating on new features and use cases in response to partner feedback, personally leading efforts for continuous improvement and delivering impactful solutions. You will serve as the key engineering point of contact for key partners, working closely with them to implement the commerce media platform. Collaboration with partners to deploy and optimize this platform will be essential, as you actively contribute to business impact and enhance partner success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer-facing integration projects, leveraging technical expertise to drive successful implementations and maximize customer impact.
  • Offer hands-on guidance and technical leadership on integration design, ensuring solutions align with partner needs.
  • Optimize integration processes for scalability and performance in high-volume environments, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Iterate on new features and use cases in response to partner feedback, leading efforts for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the key engineering point of contact for key partners.
  • Work with partners to implement the commerce media platform.
  • Collaborate with partners to deploy and optimize the commerce media platform, contributing to business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience shipping production code in enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with Go, Python, or other general-purpose languages.
  • Strong familiarity with low latency problem spaces and data engineering concepts.
  • Understanding of microservices, DevOps, and network security.
  • Passion for learning new things and educating others.
  • Highly efficient and organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to analyze, identify root causes of problems, and negotiate resolutions.
  • Ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with partners, management, and peers while operating with integrity.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable in any tech stack as it pertains to client's needs.
  • Capable of coding as needed if things get busy (reading & writing code); will not be coding daily.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in AdTech is preferred but not a deal breaker.
