About the position
The Integration Project Manager II is responsible for managing larger, moderate to highly complex projects throughout their lifecycle, from concept to implementation. This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams, including personnel, vendors, and clients, to create and deploy strategic solutions that support Novant Health's business growth and standardization efforts. The position also includes managing the change control process and driving organizational change from a business perspective, impacting Novant Health's culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the creation and deployment of strategic solutions.
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects from concept to final implementation.
- Direct and facilitate the change control process, including scope, budget, and schedule changes.
- Drive change from a business perspective to impact organizational culture.
- Ensure effective communication and relationship management across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management/leadership position in a complex business environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in complex project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Access is a plus.
