About the position

As an Integration / Test Engineer at DCCA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our IT solutions provided to government agencies and commercial enterprises. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for various software and hardware integrations. You will work closely with software developers, system architects, and project managers to identify testing requirements and ensure that all systems meet the necessary specifications and standards before deployment. This position requires a strong understanding of both integration testing and system testing methodologies, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the testing process. In this role, you will be responsible for creating automated test scripts and utilizing various testing tools to enhance the efficiency of the testing process. You will also be expected to document test results, report defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our projects, as you will help ensure that our solutions are robust, secure, and meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software and hardware integrations.
  • Collaborate with software developers and system architects to identify testing requirements.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
  • Strong understanding of integration testing and system testing methodologies.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a veteran-owned business or government contracting environment.
