About the position

The Integration / Test Engineer at DCCA plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of IT solutions provided to government agencies and commercial enterprises. This position involves developing and executing test procedures, supporting verification events, and collaborating with cross-discipline teams to manage mission requirements effectively. The engineer will utilize automated testing techniques and follow software development lifecycle concepts to enhance the testing process.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the verification attribute and methodology development, creating key test artifacts essential for comprehensive program testing.
  • Perform specific test procedure development, including automated tests, as part of the artifacts required to complete prior to formal testing.
  • Execute specific test procedures per the defined procedures, coordinating across all test participants and witnesses, documenting all execution details.
  • Provide formal and informal verification event support including chart development, evidence and report capture, and test activity management.
  • Develop automated testing with full stack web applications using Java and cloud technologies.
  • Follow the software development lifecycle concepts: Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, test automation, and other strategies.
  • Conduct and support test planning, coordination, and execution activities to include building and executing plans and schedules.
  • Participate in management of mission requirements - allocation, verification, and validation.
  • Lead and verify analyses of the Technical Performance Measures (TPMs).
  • Oversee and guide the management of mission requirements - allocation, verification, and validation.
  • Develop mission verification execution plans - schedules, staffing, and cost.
  • Facilitate specific test procedure development/execution, including automated tests, as part of the artifacts.
  • Work collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment with both internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
  • Bachelor's of Science degree is preferred.
  • Security+ certification is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes.
