About the position

The Integrative Medicine Nurse Practitioner at the New York Center for Innovative Medicine (NYCIM) is a unique opportunity to practice advanced integrative medical techniques in a supportive and innovative environment. This role focuses on delivering personalized patient care through a combination of conventional and alternative therapies, including European biological medicine, functional medicine, and energy medicine. The ideal candidate will work closely with a primary physician and be open to learning and implementing a broad spectrum of integrative therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer intravenous therapies and other integrative procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients on integrative medicine practices and health promotion.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Valid Certified Nurse Practitioner license in New York.
• Board-certified by ANCC or AANP.
• Significant experience with IV insertion and administration of integrative procedures.
• Strong clinical skills and bedside manner.
• Ability to establish rapport with patients and provide emotional support.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in alternative medicine modalities such as Ayurveda or homeopathy.
• Familiarity with energy medicine practices.
