The Intellectual Property (Patent) Paralegal will be responsible for managing client portfolios, which includes overseeing all filings and correspondence for both US, PCT, and foreign prosecution of assigned clients. This role entails creating, revising, and filing all prosecution documents in US and PCT applications, as well as corresponding with foreign associates regarding all aspects of foreign prosecution. Timely reporting of official correspondence concerning these matters is also a critical component of the position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability, proactivity, and a high level of analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft products and a comfort level with technology are necessary, as the position requires the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
