Aleut Federal is seeking a highly motivated Intelligence Operations Instructor/Instructional Designer III to join our team at the 319th Combat Training Squadron, located at Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado. This position is integral to the development, validation, and instruction of intelligence operations course material in support of the United States Space Force (USSF) Officer Training Course (OTC). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering in-residence course materials that adhere to the principles of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and comply with 319 CTS instructions, security classification guides, and other relevant guidance outlined in lesson plans. In this role, you will interface with both internal and external intelligence agencies to ensure that the training program remains state-of-the-art and relevant to current operational needs. You will coordinate instructional activities with the Contract Task Lead and government personnel, ensuring that all training objectives are met effectively. The position requires a strong understanding of collection management, joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment (JIPOE), and the fundamentals of targeting and intelligence support to mission planning. Additionally, the instructor will possess expert knowledge of adversary space systems, including their capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities, and will be skilled in integrating space intelligence information into theater and space operations. The role demands a skilled communicator who can provide platform instruction to a diverse audience, ensuring that all participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in their roles. This position is primarily on-site, with minimal telework authorized, and requires an active or current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field or a Bachelor's degree with eight years of additional experience in lieu of the educational requirement, along with a minimum of four years of intelligence-related experience in industry, academia, or with a U.S. Government agency.
