About the position

The Product Lead position at Parsons involves leading a cross-functional team to create visual and written documentation for intelligence and operations. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to meet the needs of the Intelligence Community (IC) and produce high-quality graphics and documentation for critical mission sets.

Responsibilities

• Act as product lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team to design graphics and create documentation.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand IC requirements and create products that meet consumer needs.
• Create graphic designs for various written and digital products, including presentations, reports, and publications.
• Work with mission partners to define product requirements and generate value through visual and written products.

Requirements

• 1+ years relevant experience with MA/MS degree; 3+ years relevant experience with a BA/BS degree; 5+ years relevant experience with AA/AS; 7+ years with HS diploma.
• Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on visualizations, designs, and production outputs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey creative design and technical issues clearly.
• Valid US Passport and active DoD TS security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience supporting an INDOPACOM, US Army, or IC customer.
• Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and/or operations.
• A portfolio or reference material of prior work.
