T2S Solutions, LLC, a veteran-owned small business, is seeking an experienced Intelligence Systems Integrator to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is pivotal as it involves serving as a Military Intelligence Systems Integrator for the All-Domain Sensing Cross Functional Team (ADS CFT). The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical interface and management of integration and synchronization of Military Intelligence sensor and architecture activities across the Army. This position requires a deep understanding of the Army's operational needs and the ability to execute Experimentation and Defense Acquisition System / JCIDS requirements development as a technical representative for Research, Development, and Science & Technology (R&D and S&T) intelligence initiatives. The goal is to establish an integrated sensor architecture that meets the evolving demands of military operations. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and assess technical integration and synchronization operations performed by various Army organizations, all aimed at modernizing the Army, Joint, and Coalition sensors. You will execute the technical integration of Cross Functional Team (CFT) sponsored technologies into existing and future networks at all classification levels. Collaboration is key, as you will work with representatives from multiple communities to develop portfolio plans and roadmaps that align with customer needs. Additionally, you will hold cross-organization reviews of these portfolio plans to achieve buy-in from diverse sets of stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed. This position requires a proactive individual who can navigate a highly dynamic environment, identify resources, and key participants effectively. As a Subject Matter Expert on Military Intelligence systems and processes, you will be expected to deliver high-quality presentations and briefings, negotiate with senior-level officials, and represent the organization in various forums. An active DoD Security Clearance is required for this position, reflecting the sensitive nature of the work involved.
