About the position

The Intelligent Automation Developer role at Deloitte involves engaging with clients to analyze, design, implement, and support Intelligent Automation (IA) capabilities. This position is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency through automation and data management, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders to drive insights from data and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client stakeholders and IT personnel to analyze and qualify processes for automation.
• Design, implement, test, deploy, support, and operate Intelligent Automation capabilities in client environments.
• Serve as a process engineer, technology implementer, and solution developer.
• Drive operational efficiency by maintaining data ecosystems and providing continuous insights and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of Full Stack development or RPA experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• Robotic Process Automation Tools (i.e. UIPath, Automation Anywhere) - certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with Python, Java, Textract, PowerShell, ServiceNow, C#, VB.net, and Jira.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of business processes for identifying automation candidates.
• Experience with Excel, databases, and data manipulation.
• Knowledge of version control systems (like Git).
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Attention to detail for accuracy in automation projects.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving IA technologies.
• Experience working in agile teams or familiarity with project management tools.
